Free meals are available to all children 18 years of age and younger, as well as individuals over 18 years of age who are determined by a state or local public educational agency to be mentally or physically disabled.

Meals are provided without regard to race, color, national origin, gender, age, or disability. Discrimination is prohibited in the course of meal service.
